Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was developed by the late, great Dolores Cannon. Dolores spent over 45 years perfecting this technique. With QHHT, not only can a person access their past lives, they can also connect to their Over Soul/Higher Self or as Dolores called it, “The Sub Conscious” or “SC”. This is the part of us that has access to the soul/akashic records of all the lifetimes we have ever lived. The SC can offer great insight, answer any questions the client may have, and provide emotional and physical healing.
A QHHT session can be life changing.
A QHHT session takes approximately 5 to 6 hours and consists of 4 parts:
The interview stage (or as I like to call it, a ‘nice chat all about you’) lasts approximately 2 hours. This is when we talk in detail about your life, experiences, relationships, health, reasons for wanting a QHHT session, challenges — pretty much anything that comes up. I think it’s great to talk about yourself and get everything off your chest — I am an interested, captive audience so make the most of our time together! What’s interesting is that when you talk about your life you start to see patterns, make connections, and find answers to questions you didn’t even know you had. When we’ve finished, we’ll have a break, eat a snack, have a toilet stop, and then head back into my healing room to continue with the session.
The regression stage lasts for approximately one hour. The SC is in charge (so you can relax and let it do what it does best) as it will take you to the lifetime/s that you need to see to show you what you need to know. Sometimes the SC will bring forward a past life, multiple past lives, your current life or show you a future life. Sometimes the SC will just come through and bypass a regression all together. The SC knows on a soul level what is going on and exactly what you need to know and clear — we just have to trust its wisdom.
Accessing the Subconscious (SC) is what QHHT is all about. This is what makes QHHT different from other past life regression methods.
The SC can answer any questions you may have. I will ask you to bring along to your session a list of questions you want me to ask the SC on your behalf. We will go through your questions at the interview/chat stage. Any additional questions that come up then can also be added to the list of questions to ask the SC. (Don’t stress — You don’t have to prepare a list of questions if you find it too overwhelming as we can compile a list together. However, I have always found the client gets the most out of a session if they are curious and already knows what questions they want answers to.)
People generally ask the SC questions that fall into the following categories:
I always ask the SC why significant people are in your life, why you’ve had the experiences you’ve had, what your life purpose/mission is, blocks to achieving your life purpose/mission, next steps, and any other questions you may have.
I also ask the SC to do a body scan to identify any issues within your body that need to be addressed (this is my favourite part of the whole session). I love it when the SC explains why you have a particular health issue (sometimes it can be due to a karmic contract or ancestral issue) and if appropriate, it will heal or clear the issue. If that is not appropriate, the SC will provide guidance on what you need to do to clear the issue yourself or explain why you need to experience that particular issue this lifetime.
The conversation with the SC lasts approximately one hour although it may take longer depending on the number and complexity of your questions.
The final stage of the session is the debrief stage. This is when we discuss what you experienced during your regression, the information the SC imparted and its answers to your questions, how your body felt during the body scan, and explore anything you want to ‘unpack’ from the session.
We record your QHHT session on your mobile phone. I also do a back-up recording which I then upload to Dropbox and email to you after the session.
