Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was developed by the late, great Dolores Cannon. Dolores spent over 45 years perfecting this technique. With QHHT, not only can a person access their past lives, they can also connect to their Over Soul/Higher Self or as Dolores called it, “The Sub Conscious” or “SC”. This is the part of us that has access to the soul/akashic records of all the lifetimes we have ever lived. The SC can offer great insight, answer any questions the client may have, and provide emotional and physical healing.
A QHHT session lasts for approximately 5 to 6 hours. Dale sets aside the whole day for the client.
A QHHT session consists of 4 parts:
The interview stage goes for approximately 2 hours. This gives the client the opportunity to talk to Dale in great detail about their life, their experiences, relationships, health, reasons for wanting a QHHT session, challenges the client may have etc.
After the interview there is a short lunch break (the client provides their own lunch/snack).
The regression stage lasts for approximately one hour. The SC is in charge and will show the client what they need to know. Sometimes the SC will show the client a past life, multiple past lives, their current life or a future life. Sometimes the SC will just come through and bypass a regression all together. The SC knows on a soul level what is going on and what the client needs – we just have to trust its wisdom. A regression journey always make perfect sense once all the scenes/lifetimes shown by the SC are put together.
Accessing the SC is what QHHT is all about. The SC can answer any questions the client may have. The client usually compiles a list of questions they want Dale to ask the SC on their behalf and these are discussed at the interview stage. Any questions that come up during the interview stage can also be added to the list of questions to ask the SC.
The type of questions people usually want to ask the SC fall into the following categories:
Dale always asks the SC to do a body scan of the client to identify any issues within the body that need to be addressed. The SC is able to tell the client why they have that issue (sometimes it can be due to a contract or an ancestral karmic issue) and if appropriate, it will clear the issue or provide guidance on what the client should do.
Dale also asks the SC why significant people are in the client’s life, why the client has had the experiences they have had, what the client’s life purpose is, blocks to achieving their life purpose, next steps and any other questions the client may have. The conversation with the SC lasts approximately an hour although it may be longer depending on the number of questions the client has.
The final stage of the session is the client debrief stage. Dale and the client talk about the session, the client’s experience and any information that came up in the session that the client would like to discuss/unpack.
The session is recorded on the client’s mobile phone. Dale also does a back-up recording which she uploads to Dropbox and sends to the client after the session. QHHT sessions are held face-to-face in Dale’s healing room in Sunny Corner, New South Wales (half-way between Lithgow and Bathurst). Sessions are confidential.
The cost of an initial QHHT session is $380. Subsequent QHHT sessions cost $320 and last approximately 4 hours.
